Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This index doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare schools.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Fortis College-Montgomery is 22:1, that means that for every 22 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Student Reviews and Ratings for Fortis College-Montgomery
If this place had a zero I would hit the button. Worst place I have ever attended. Absolutely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your money on their TOO EXPENSIVE TUITIONSource of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I have absolutely LOVED my experience so far at this college. I am 34 years old and am a Paramedic already. I am now pursing my nursing degree. The new president is amazing and the staff has bent over backwards to answer any question I may have and to just help me if I have had any problems. I am looking forward to seeing what the future has in store for this college! I am proud to say that I am a student at Fortis College Montgomery! I would recommend this college for anyone who is truly ready to pursue their career options and like fast paced courses that are intense and full of information and knowledge!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Personally this was the best choice I could have made coming straight out of high school because everything is to the point and hands on. So for anyone who needs that one on one this is the perfect place to be.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I was able to begin the program quickly after registration. However most of my instructors weren't good at "teaching". The president of the campus was a bully to students and some faculty and honestly she has no business running a nursing school with absolutely NO nursing background. The program was new at that campus so maybe that's why there wasn't good guidance and control for the students. Some teachers just passed students even though the students shouldn't have passed. Overall I would rate my experience at this school a 5 out of 10.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I think that the professors at this campus are very personable and easy to talk to if you are having a problem with something. I know they are newer campus so there are still some areas, such as scheduling clinical dates/times that needs a little more organization. Also, it's very expensive compared to other local campuses.Overall, I would recommend this campus to other students.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
