Academic and career counseling offices of the College of the Marshall Islands provide advising, instructing and assisting in the strategic planning of the career path, assist with resumes, essays, cover letters and applications. They help students explore opportunities and careers, find jobs, define their career fit and path and find internships, fellowships or partnerships. Academic counseling offices offer mentoring and assistance, peer tutoring and study groups.

Yellow Ribbon Program is a voluntary program providing veterans and eligible beneficiaries additional institutional aid to cover the costs of tuitions and fees at the institutions participating in the program.
